	A mythical place to stop : Montélimar, National 7 and traditional nougat. This is where the holiday in the south of France begins !!
	A Chief : Anne Sophie PIC : a starred restaurant in Valence and potential 2007 award winner for a famous guide book, to be consecrated with the very best.
	A wine : Hermitage : a Grand Cru wine recognised by the greatest connoisseurs worldwide, (as is the chocolate of Valrhona, another famous product from Tain l’Hermitage).
	A typical product : Olive oil from Nyons, the first in France to obtain an AOC appellation label.
